Client Process 📝

Establishing successful partnerships relies heavily on transparency and a well-defined process. To offer clarity on the journey ahead, I've broken down both my client and design processes, giving you insight into what to expect when working together.

1 - Kick off call

Before any commitments are made or deposits are paid, we schedule a brief 30-minute call to discuss the complete scope of the project, including deliverables, timelines, budgets, and more. Generally, all details are verbally agreed upon during this call.

2 - Proposal

After our conversation, I'll send a project proposal detailing the agreed deliverables and quote for your approval. Once confirmed, you'll receive the contract and invoices for the 50% deposit. The project begins upon completion of these steps.

3 - Design

Following an in-depth strategy call, I will define the website strategy & structure and begin with the actual design. Throughout this process, I will keep you updated to ensure a smooth and successful collaboration.see my design process

4 - Development

I will develop your site with Webflow and transform our approved designs into a functional and visually stunning website. I'll keep you updated along the way to ensure the final product aligns perfectly with your vision.see my development process

5 - Sign off

Once you approve of the final product and the last invoice has been paid, I will send over the last deliverables and/or transfer the ownership of the website to you. - And just like that, you now have a website that you can be proud of!

My design process is all about strategy and collaboration. By sharing insights into each step, we can work together seamlessly to create something truly remarkable.

1 - Website Strategy

Working together, we'll define your website's goals and lay out a path for achieving them. This includes looking at your business goals and developing an effective visual and website content strategy.

2 - Market Research

Once the strategy is set, I jump into thorough research. This involves analysing what your competitors are doing, studying industry best practices, and gaining deep insights into your target audience.

3 - Information Architecture

Following research, I will organise your website's content for accessibility. This guarantees your audience can effortlessly find what they're looking for, driving up engagement and conversions.

4 - Art Direction

For the art direction phase, I'll put together a mood board for your website. This helps us ensure we're both on the same page visually, making sure the design stays cohesive and reflects your vision.

5 - Wire-framing

After you approve of the mood board, I will build out the basic structure of your website. It's like creating a blueprint that shows where everything will go and how it will work before we start adding all the design elements.

6 - Design & Feedback

Finally, I will use the wireframes and mood board to design the website. After presenting it to you for approval, we'll make any necessary adjustments. Once you're happy, your website will can move to dev! - let's work together

What about revisions?

I will keep you updated throughout the project to avoid revisions, but if you need changes, I'm all ears. Your happiness with the final product is my main goal! 🤝

Development Process 🖥️

I'll bring your website design to life using the latest tool, Webflow. From responsive layouts and interactive elements to custom CMS, I'll ensure your website not only looks great but functions flawlessly. Let's turn your design into a fully functional website!

1 - Project Setup

To kick off the project, I'll take care of all the initial setup tasks to begin the project on the right track, making sure everything is organised for smooth development - Including site settings, hosting and domain settings.

2 - Layouts & Components

I'll start by creating the key layouts and components that your website needs, such as the navbar, footer, and hero sections. This lays down a strong foundation for your site's design and functionality.

3 - Design & Interactions

Here I will focus on adding custom visual elements to your site. The goal is to create a website that is beautiful, accessible and cohesive. - Adding interactions and animations, and refining the design.

4 - Dynamic Content / CMS

We'll integrate Webflow's content management system (CMS) for seamless content management. This means you can easily update elements like blog posts and product listings whenever you need to.

5 - Site Responsiveness

This means making your website look great and work perfectly on any device. Using responsive design principles, I'll optimise layout and content for easy viewing on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.

6 - SEO, Test, Launch

I'll do on-page SEO to help with google rankings and test your website for bugs to make sure everything works smoothly. After your final approval and last adjustments, we can go live.
